Disney has has officially announced that The Mighty Ducks reboot coming to Disney+ will bring back Emilio Estevez to reprise his iconic role as beloved Coach Gordon Bombay.
Based on the ‘90s hit franchise, the 10-episode series will premiere later this year on the streaming service. Set in present day Minnesota, the show will follow the titular Mighty Ducks, who have evolved from scrappy underdogs to an ultra-competitive, powerhouse youth hockey team.

Estevez joins the previously announced Lauren Graham, who will be playing Alex, and Brady Noon, who will be playing 12-year-old Evan.
