The DC Universe’s Harley Quinn animated adult comedy series has found a new home with HBO Max for season 3.
Season 3 of the popular Harley Quinn animated series is leaving the DC Universe platform. The news that the third season will premiere on HBO Max came with the announcement that DC Universe is moving out of scripted original series and will transition solely to a comic book subscription service called DC Universe Infinite which is set to launch on January 21, 2021. It will be available online at DCUniverseInfinite.com to sign up for at $7.99 a month or $74.99 a year, and can be accessed via iOS and Android devices.
With over 24,000 comic books, along with digital-first comics, exclusive access to DC fan events, and a stream of recently released comics six months after the physical versions hit store shelves, DC Universe Infinite will be the go to source for DC comic fans.
Harley Quinn, starring Kaley Cuoco, will be an HBO Max Original going forward, and the previous two seasons of the show will be available there as well.
In addition HBO Max will now be the home of extensive DC-branded content. New series in development, classic series, and all DC Universe originals have found their new home in HBO Max. This includes Young Justice Seasons 1-4, Titans Seasons 1-3, Doom Patrol Seasons 1-3, and DC’s Stargirl Season 1.
It hasn’t been announced when we can expect Harley Quinn season 3 to debut via HBO Max.
