The newest trailer brings back 4 of the series original stars and much of the what made Bayside the high school everyone dreamed of attending.
The reboot picks back up with Bayside undergoing a major shake up resulting from Governor Zack Morris finding himself in a bit of trouble after closing too many low-income schools in the area. This causes the students from the subsequent schools to be sent to the highest-performing schools in the state, which obviously includes Bayside High.
The existing students immediately clash with the newcomers and it’s not long before the new students question the ways of the overly privileged kids and what they find to be “normal”. Like the magic of the Max for example.
The trailer quickly sets some of the ensuing drama aside and brings the classic sitcom flair to life as we see original cast members returning to the screen. In previous trailers we saw Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkeley who will be series regulars in the reboot as they reprise their original roles. In the new trailer we get our first look at Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Tiffani Thiessen as Governor Zack Morris and Kelly Kapowski.
Mark yourcalendarss for November 25 for Peacock’s launch of the reboot to Saved by the Bell!
